Enhanced efficiency of loan granting using Process Mining at UBRiR

Ural’skii bank rekonstruktsii i razvitiya (UBRiR; Ural Bank of Reconstruction and Development), with support from RAMAX Group, implemented the SAP Process Mining by Celonis platform. The new system enabled the bank to enhance the efficiency of granting loans, identify and eliminate all inefficient sales scenarios, and reduce time and financial costs.
